SerCom Solutions Provides Stepping Stones to Bright Future for Students

Employees of SerCom Solution's Limerick, Ireland organisation have for the fourth successive year given an excellent insight of working life to students of Crescent College Comprehensive through the Skills @ Work Programme which is facilitated by the Schools' Business Partnership (SBP) and is an initiative of Business in the Community Ireland (BITCI). The programme included a tour of the facility in Limerick. Talks were given on a typical 'day in the life' for various roles within the company. Practical CV and interview skills workshops were provided, followed by mock interviews and individual feedback. This year was the most successful to date and we are looking forward to next years programme.
