Delivery requests are automatically uploaded in real time to SerCom's systems and we immediately initiate responses. Each order is tracked through manufacturing and shipping. Product is picked and packed at secure warehouses located around the world and shipped to customers, distributors or end-users. The volumes we handle vary significantly from day to day, depending on the profile of our customers' businesses. We give customers full visibility by integrating our systems with our carriers.
